We are fundraising for Red Nose Day in honour of our baby boy Jacob who passed away last year in July 21. We wanted to do something special in honouring his 1st birthday and anniversary, which just recently passed in July 22. If you can have help us raise some money to support this amazing foundation. This is very special to our hearts as I received support from Red Nose when Jacob died and still received their continued support.
