Red Nose Day at Munchas Cafe

By Jo Pennington

Help me save little lives, support families and fund vital research.

We are holding a fundraiser for Red Nose so that they can continue their important work supporting Australian families.  On Friday August 13th we will donate $1 from every hot beverage we sell.  We will also have merchandise for sale and a small raffle for a $50 Munchas gift voucher.

Each year in Australia, over 3,200 babies and children die suddenly and unexpectedly.

That’s nine deaths every day.

Three of our team members have lost their beautiful boys to SIDS and that is why we are raising funds to help Red Nose work towards a future where no child dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

If you can support our fundraiser, you will be helping to bring care and comfort to families when they need it most.

Your contributions mean Red Nose are one step closer to reaching their goal of zero sudden and unexpected deaths of babies and children.

Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting Aussie families, funding vital research, and saving little lives.  If you cannot make the fundraiser you can donate here.

So please dig deep and together, we can make a difference for Red Nose and all the little lives they work so hard to honour.

I am so very guttered that I can not come down today as I am waiting to get cleared from a Covid test. It is a cause dear to my heart as as a child I watched my mother resussciate my sister as a baby. She survived but with an intellectual disability. we also know someone who has lost their baby. so heart breaking. hope you have a great day and raise a lot of funds. well done to the whole team.
