Space&Co. are doing our bit to help raise awareness, education and essential funds for Ectopic Pregnancy & Early Pregnancy Loss in Australia

Despite being common and widespread, miscarriage is a heart-breaking experience  – with up to one in five pregnancies ending before week 20.

Separate to miscarriages, about one in 80 pregnancies are ectopic. An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilised egg develops outside the uterus and starts to grow, most commonly in a Fallopian tube. Women who suffer an ectopic pregnancy have to face the physical trauma of invasive treatment, the sad loss of losing their baby and potentially infertility or their own mortality. This can be a very frightening and distressing experience for families.

There is little to no education in Australia & we are on a mission to bridge that gap & start this important conversation. In the hope that this will educate enough of us to save valuable lives.

This cause is very close to our hearts, and that is why we are raising funds to help Red Nose Australia, work towards a future where no family has to suffer through a tragedy like this.
