Did you know that each year in Australia, over 3,200 babies and children die suddenly and unexpectedly?
That’s NINE deaths every day. That’s NINE families a day grieving for their precious babies and children, instead of holding them in their arms like they should be.
Since having my daughter, waking up everyday to see her smiling up at me from her cot makes me want to be a better, healthier version of myself. She has given me so much happiness and purpose in such a short amount of time and I cannot even begin to imagine a world without her in it.
So for the month of September, I’ve decided to take the challenge of going Sugar Free! This means no Chocolate, Lollies, Cookies, Wine or Fizzy drinks (all my favs!!!).
Those of you who know me personally know how much I LOVE my treats but why not use this opportunity to motivate myself into raising funds for this amazing cause, and become a healthier mama for my beautiful daughter. 🫶🏻
This is a cause that is close to my heart, and that is why I am raising funds to help Red Nose work towards a future where no child dies suddenly or unexpectedly. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting Aussie families with care and comfort when they need it the most, funding vital research, and saving little lives.
So please dig deep and together, we can make a difference for Red Nose and all the little lives they work so hard to honour.
