Darcy's Round- 24th of May
Oak Park Football Club is supporting Red Nose to raise awareness of pregnancy loss, stillbirth and child loss by raising money for families affected to ensure they receive the support they need and continue to fund vital research.
Through this we as a club are honoring our little roo, Darcy and her parents, Alex and Dave. Darcy arrived and left this world suddenly; Red Nose were there for Alex and Dave providing them with the necessary support as they worked through the unimaginable pain of losing their child. It’s in her memory we continue Darcy’s Round this year being played by the senior women, as well as hosting a fun filled afternoon for children and families in our community.
The funds we raise through this initiative will go to those who need it most. Every donation, big or small, helps provide the necessary resources and care to those in our community when they need it the most.
